This VFD can be used for constant torque loads ( such as hard starting: Air compressors, HVAC units) and variable torque loads (such as pumps, fans, etc). It can be used as a motor speed control and a phase converter. The input for this VFD is 1 or 3 phase as you like. You can control different speed when you use this VFD. Most of our customers bought this VFD from us to use for: Lathes, Mills, Car Hoists, Pumps & Conveyors, etc. This item use Sine wave PWN(SPWM ) for the control system and performance excellently.

Setup:

Regarding the wire connection, please connect "R" and "T" (at the inverter) to the single phase power supply (  connect "R" and "S" or "S" and "T" both are ok.) If you use it as three phase input, then please connect the three phase power supply to "R, S T". "U, V, W " connect to a motor.
If you use this VFD for a motor 0-400HZ , Please set the parameters of the VFD as our following suggestion step by step, and don't change the sequence:

PD001 = 0 (1 for external control)
PD002 = 0
Step 1: Set PD005 =400
Step 2: Set PD004 =400
Step 3: Set PD003 =400
Step 4: Set PD072 =400

PD141 =  220V ( check the spindle rate)
PD142 = 11.0
PD144 = 1440 ( you can set to 2000 or 2400 it should be less than 3000)

If you motor is 0-60HZ, then you need to change the above values to 60. As the original factory value setting is 50, so please change the the above parameters according to your motor.
And the inverter need connect with the motor directly, cannot connect breaker or switch between the inverter and motor.
